I’ve shared some with co-workers and friends who thought it was great, and of course I shared your web address. The hickory smoked was more to my liking, being only slightly sweet and having a great flavor. I haven’t brought any of that into work to share. The hot red pepper is probably my favorite so far, and is one of the few “hot” products I’ve picked up that actually deserves to be called “hot pepper”. If your customers like spicy food, they can’t go wrong with that one. I haven’t had the original black pepper for a while, but I remember it being really, really great. I’m looking forward to being off the diet and having some. My best wishes to you for your continued success. It's a lot of trouble, takes a considerable amount of time and effort, and stinks up the house. My wife of 38 years does not like the smell my marinate does to the house when I'm drying my meat. Your meat is good enough (the black pepper flavor), even though it could use a little more finely groud pepper on it so it'll retain its pepper when you rip into it, that I can buy yours instead of making my own. The Final Frontier is pretty good and surpasses the crap they sell in the stores. It's not as good as mine, but it's pretty damn good. I'm glad I ran into you guys. Thanks for the good quality. It has a nice black pepper bite to it too. The meat is also not too chewy but perfect for jerky. I love the big size chunks too. The best thing is however is my cheapest European source for good quality Jerky is priced at 12 USA cents per gram including shipping. Your Jerky works out at 8cent per gram including shipping. As their stores began to close, we found it harder to find, and eventually had to order from their website until they no longer offered it at all. We tried other beef jerky packages we found in retail and grocery stores, but they were all sugar added, soft texture, flavored, etc. None very good. I found your website through a random search. I was skeptical buying without an opportunity to sample it, but desperation led me to give it a try. In short, it was FABULOUS!! I asked him about Final Frontier Beef Jerky (among other Mir adventure stories). I wish you could have been there; you would have been on Cloud Nine. He said it was great -- the flight was so busy they didn't have a lot of time for meal prep, so they practically lived on jerky. They'd grab a piece of jerky and go off to do what they had to do. You're right; beef jerky is really the stuff of pioneers! They had no problem at all with floating debris or packaging, so you can ignore my concern about that. Whatever you did was just the right thing to do. And the big chunks were no problem either; they just tore off strips of the stuff. They only had one package of Final Frontier Beef Jerky left when they got home, and that one survived only because it got packed in with some other stuff. (Somebody spent quite a bit of time searching for it.) He asked if anybody sells Final Frontier beef jerky around here. I didn't know if you made contact with any of the local establishments, but at least I could tell him they could order it directly from you. I'll send him a note with your address and web site URL.
