Our first customer commitment is providing our excellent product to you at the lowest possible price. We have carefully designed our customer service operations to require the least cost, but still provide excellent service. We dislike those confusing automated phone answering systems as much as you. This means we do not publish a telephone number on the Web. We respond to all questions by email as soon as possible. Our response time may vary, but is usually between 1 to 24 hours. If a telephone call is required to resolve your concern, we are happy to provide our phone number in response to your email request, or we will be glad to call you when you send us your telephone number by email.

Beefjerky.com will not >ever< distribute, sell, or give out our private list of email addresses to any person or company. You can choose to join our list and receive our infrequent newsletter. We email our newsletter to all of Beefjerky.com's contacts no more than four times per year. Each newsletter contains complete information on how to immediately and permanently remove your address from our list, upon your first request.

Beefjerky.com Shipping Policy and Cost
We almost always ship orders on the same day that they are received. We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail and Global Priority Mail. We check for any last-minute orders in our order-taking system Monday through Friday at 4:00pm Pacific Time (-08:00 GMT), and at 11:00am on Saturday, so that we can put your order in the mail before the Post Office closes for the day.

We believe it is wrong to advertise a price and then add "shipping and handling charges" to that price. All of our pricing reflects the full cost, including shipping, for you to receive your order. The Beefjerky.com order page is divided into two sections, Orders Shipped within the U.S.A. and Orders Shipped Internationally. Since our international postage costs are higher than domestic, we must charge a bit more for that extra postal expense to our international customers. Orders sent to US military APO and FPO addresses ship at the U.S.A. prices.
